Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP and a frightened father Henry. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram platform, @annephung. I share my life- the highs the lows and all in between. My parents brought me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story with you today if my parents didn't work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. My parents inspired me and I worked to be prosperous. I had a plan to study to graduate, and then get an excellent job. After that, I was looking for an empathetic wife and children. Though I believed that this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other plans. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I felt I wasted my existence to get a pay check. As I navigated my way to a new job, I realized that I was meant to be an instructor. I enjoyed working out, I liked being around people and I loved helping people. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. It's rare to meet an Asian woman working in this field. It is my goal to be a positive influencer within the business to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier them by creating the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they can achieve the goals they set, pursue their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. My career was beginning to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life, my mother's loss of life. The eight years she fought fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life is a way of providing us with what we truly require. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to embark on a new journey which gave me another chance to live living a happy and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I don't feel like I just exist anymore. As I share the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. It is also a sign of true love. Also that therapy is necessary and not unusual. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. As death is all there is in this world I want you to enjoy your life and die without regrets.
